A squeak sound from the engine when I press the gas

I can't seem to figure out what the problem is.

Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback ES - 69k miles.

So, for example, I am driving and I let off the gas and I press it again, my engine will make a loud audible squeak sound.

I'm not particularly sure what the issue could be... anyone have ideas or had a similar issue?

Engine mounts?

Can post up a video recording to help us?

Can you reproduce the sound in the driveway with a buddy standing off to the side and watching: hood open, parking brake on, chocked wheels, brakes on, and in gear then give it gas? How much does the engine move? Where does the sound appear to come from?
