As the title says. Can I get some sweet Brembo calipers from an Evo and put them on my regular Lancer GT? It is a 2013. I'm unsure if this is possible or not.

 

Highly unlikely that will work. The best way to tell without getting a caliper and trying it out would be to get the part number of the base model front and rear knuckles and the same for the evo versions. If they are the same part number, they should in theory fit the knuckle but they still probably won't fit under your stock wheels.

My opinion, unless you are planning to autox or track the car, don't bother.
