Wondering if there's a writeup or perhaps a good video on the process of modifying or replacing the rear bumper for the 08+ Lancers? I have a '15 SE, which only has a single cutout on the rear fender for the exhaust tailpipe. I'm eventually going to upgrade the exhaust system, but all the ones I like are dual or split-exhaust systems. So I'd either have to create another cutout for the driver-side tailpipe or replace the rear fender with one that has the two cutouts for the exhaust of my choice.

I've been particularly fond of the rear fender that I believe is on the Ralliart, where the bottom half of it is black plastic and has the two spaces for a split exhaust. Anywhere I'd be able to get that particular part, or at least a matching one as aftermarket? Obviously the cheaper or easier option would be to cut the exact spot for the drivers' side tailpipe in my existing fender, but cutting into it doesn't exactly give me a warm fuzzy feeling
