I had my navigation installed in my 2010 ralliart and there is a small gap at the top of the kit (where it meets the dash). The shop said it has to do with the kit, and I was wondering if there was any way to fix that problem. I have tried the textbooks in the sun method but it hasn't worked well....Thanks in advance

 

The only way to fix that is throw it out and light it on fire. metra is f'in garbage.

I was debating between switching kits (to the scosche) or getting a custom fiberglass kit made from my stock kit v(like $400 or so)

 

Has anyone heard of the JDM kits? Are they that much better? where can I get them?

 

I just got my Kenwood DNX9140 installed and it came with the Scosche dash kit and it fits really nice. I will post a pic of it tonight.
