OK, here are some picz. I didn't install the short shifter yet, but you can at least see what the knob and tie-down look like. It actually says "W O R K S" on the tie-down, but it doesn't come out in the picz.

Grip is good. Real good. It's just not as comfortable as the stock leather shifter. I think it looks better and loses the "baseball" look. If you're into weight reduction though, this thing is probably 4 times as heavy!!! LOL

Its counterweighted to make shifts quicker/smoother/more precise.
I got the lancershop kit and the chrome ball it came with gets really cold (or hot) and doesn't look as good as stock - but the shifts feel 10x better with it on so I use it.

The counterweight really helps

I didn't realize that I had to order a new shifter cup because you can't get the old one off without cutting it! So, I'm waiting for that part to come in from the dealer. So, in the meantime, I ordered the shifter base bushings and shift linkage bushings from Kartboy to stiffin everything up when I do the install.

I'll update and post piz when I get everything installed. It might be after the new year now... kinda busy around here!!!

Site says it's supposed to be included, so I'd call and throw a fit, or ask nicely for them to send you one.

Includes an OEM-style replacement carrier cap so you won't have to purchase one or cut your stock shifter to reuse the original.
??? From what the description says, they only charge you extra for the two endcaps that go on the bottom and side of the shifter. Those fiends!

OK, I feel like a big dumbass!!! I should play this off and not even admit to it! But...

I threw the shifter in this box with all my parts, and when it glanced at it, I didn't see the BLACK shifter cup because it kinda blended in!!! LOL. I was looking for the stock white OEM version. Now I have to take back the one I just picked up yesterday.

Gawd, I could of already had this installed... now I'll have to wait until after the holidays. At least I got those Kartboy bushing now too.
