Wow it sounds like they are almost plug&play... I assume you have to disconnect the positive on the battery. Thanks for the info Rock!

You do disconnect the battey (as you should whenever playing with anything electrical). I got mine from this sale & installed it yesterday, despite it being Amazon hot outside.

I didn't use the provided clips and soldered the splices instead (this is actually recommended by RRM on the directions). Here's a tip though, if you do solder: you'll want one of those crocodile clips to hold the wires you're connecting (two hands is sometimes not enough). Other than that, great directions and pretty easy install. Haven't had a chance to drive it hard yet, but I'll be sure to report my butt-dyno findings. Also, not that it's needed, maybe I'll make a how to for this install...

Sounds pretty simple BlackRaven. I'd like to not solder this if I can avoid it incase I don't like it for whatever reason. Is the connection secure enough with the provided clips? Could always splice it if needed.

BTW I still haven't purchased my ralliart, should have it sometime next week. So I guess I'll have to order the Piggyback before that.

Just installed mines, the install was a breeze. Just gotta make sure you double check your wires and that the battery is unplugged. I'm very happy with my piggy and can't wait to get the LC-1 in to start tuning on my own.

Bump for a Great Deal, and good product!
