well howdy all i was interested in an evo 8 light conversion...mostly cuz it looks so good on the evo 8 i just need to have a pair fo those slim lights on my lancer so....i was wondering about some sort of fitment.since the trunks on the lancers are the same the slant of the light must also be the same on the inside...was wondering if the outside of the light towards the weel well has the same measuments..if so ill get on this light conversion right away because then all ill have to do is mold the top over the light to fill in the extra gap i assume will be there....

pete- you would need to get it molded in...your right about the trunk lining but it wont line up on the quater panel side...remember that anything can be done with some $$$

i would hate havin to rpaint anyways cuz then id pain t whole car and then my credit would be **** lol.... i can always geta new credit card lol.....woooooooooo um how much is the side of of the car...like how much will it stick out...

the evo8 taillights are longer and have a slimmer shape than the regular lancers. you'll need to extend the rear quarter panel out [flare] to fit the taillights.
