There are racing seats made in tan. If you are willing to pay an arm and a leg for sparco seats, the milano seats come in a tan color. They're suede too go here--->

I know, I know they're way overpriced and the name is overrated due to the whole 2fast2furious movie using them, but they are nice, quality seats if you have the money.

Factory seats went through crash and security tests. Seats at 80$ most likely did not. Mitsubishi prolly spent thousands and thousands of dollars making their seats secur enough to slap them in your car, just like any other company like Sparco, Bride and such. seats like Sparco are ususally FIA approved because they are good and secure.
Those posted seats, they look good, they're cheap to buy, but if you buy those seats and crash, don't expect too much.

actually none of sparco reclinable seats are FIA approved b/c its impossible to have them approved unless they are sold non-reclinable. But some of the reclinalbe seats are TUS(i think thats the org) approved which standards arent as high but are still pretty strict. And some of the street seats have no approvale but, like stated above they are still a lot safer then ebay seats cuz companies like sparco, bride, recaro etc can afford to spring a lil extra to do crash testing. my .02

Edit: Looking at Sparco's website... here are their approvals for reclinable seats:
TUV Homologated
Tested and Approved to
ECE 17 (Europe) and
FMVSS 208 (USA)
Quoted from Recaro's website:
In the development of every RECARO seat, ergonomics, safety, comfort and styling form the cornerstones of RECARO quality. Ergonomics, which means making sure you're sitting properly, prevent your spine and muscles being placed under continuous stress. An important consideration if permanent injury is to be avoided. For your safety RECARO has developed state of the art safety Standards in its own crash Simulator.
