The holes should line up with the holes from the OZ spoiler. Just take the old one off and swap with the new one. I used a plug to cover the center hole and painted it with touch up paint

i never glued mine down...i just dame sure that it was bolted down tight enough....have had it on for alomost a year now...and have reach speeds of 130 with it on no rattles no problems..took mine off and put it on carefully within 30 minutes...use floss or fishing line to get the glue off your stock oz spoiler( run the string in between the craks)

I have an ES with that spoiler on it. My dad and I drilled through after lining up the spoiler and using some marking tools that came with the spoiler. We put tape over the spots before drilling so that it wouldn't scratch the paint. After drilling, we used some anti-rust jelly stuff and put it on a Q-tip and made sure the holes were treated. Then we bolted that sucker down with the provided screws and Voila!
