here we go sorry on vacation

here are daytime pics as of rigth now will get soem night pics. installation is easy. go through the same procedure as you would if painting the housing black.
1. find a fog lamp set you like that will fit. (I found some i like and got lucky that they fit)
2. next take a dremel tool to cut into the back of the housing were the turn signal was so you cant mount it.(This part is hard takes a lot of patience to get it right).
3. after you get the mounting spots right go ahead and mount the fog light into the turn signal spot dont worry we move the turn signals else were ill get into that in a sec.
4.after that go ahead and use your best judgment on lining them up to make sure there level. its hit or miss. i got lucky and got it the first time.
5. after you are satisfied and everything is tightened down on the mounting hardware of the foglight its your choice to put the cover back. i didnt as it would kinda defeat the purpose of the fog lights i would think. it would spread the light out instead of a straight beam.
6. go ahead and reassemble the head light now. the same way you would as if you were painting the headlight houseing.
7. before putting your headlight housing back in the car here is were if you still want turn signals you can continune reading. if not just give me a few secs.. if you want your foglights to go on when your headlights do go ahead and cut the parking light socket off WARNING...... make sure you leave enough wire on the parking light socket you need this socket later on. so you have to wires. ( i think one is yellow the other black). you will use these and connect it to the fog light wires. (Yellow = +; black = -). if not go ahead and use the wiring harness you get with your foglights kit.
8. once you use the two parking light wires you now have your turnsignal with no were to go. go ahead and cut the turn signal socket off . now you have those 2 wires hanging around and your headlight bulb. if not your somewere else. go ahead and take your parking light houseing that you are supposed to keep extra wire on the end of. go ahead and connect your turn signal wires to the parking light socket. you now have your turn signals back in action and your all legal.
9.after you get all your wires connected and before you put the headlight all the way back in its up to you to use some kinda of grey or black high temp silicone and cover the back of the fog light to cover your big hole were the turn signal use to go thats if you have any light leaking.
10. go ahead put the head light back in and test everything make sure it all works. if it does congratualtions if not check your wiring or post again with questions.

also can i put my cell on here if anyone has any questions?

Are the fogs pointing down??? It kinda looks that way in the pics, but maybe its the angle of them..... Props for a new idea, but not that big of a difference in terms of lighting and looks. Maybe a hyperwhie silania bulb would look better???

Looking good. Put yellow bulbs (~3000K) in them or the whole "fog light" idea is void.

Well they gotta be angled. Cuz fog lights are usually mounted low on the car, to light up the path for hence, fog...which lies low to the ground. Since the fog lights are in the headlights, with that height, it's gotta point down.

Unless u didn't intend that and u actually screwed up, lol...prolly not the case though.

Cool idea man, and great job !

Does it stay in there securely!?

hyperwhites -> headlights = functional.
hyperwhites -> FOG lights = cosmetic
