would the evos mudflaps fit on my lancer

They should... would require you make some holes on the inner wheel well is all.

Yes, but you need to make some changes. I know the Rally Armor ones that Mauro sells in the Evo forums should fit, but you have to drill the holes out a little.

Will it really work? Evo wheel wells are deeper than lancers, so I'd worry they may stick out a bit.

The flaps are supposed to stick out a bit. If you think about it your tires aren't always straight. When you turn for instance. I'm not being a smart a$$ but the flaps are suppose to stick out from the side of the car to stop dirt and mud from flicking up.

That's actually what I meant. The mud flaps for the Evo stick out a bit, and that's with wide fenders. On the normal lancers it seems like it would stick out excessively. Maybe you can trim the material?
