2 years ago thats a bit dated, that was before the U.S. operations in California and the material redesign.. Its a new company with the U.S. merger. As the comment above is testament to what is contemporary.. We know how to take care of customers, now we can have this thread flooded with support by forum members, but its not necessary, take note of my feedback as a clear indication.

I do feel more confident in Accolade now that you have taken your time to comment, that shows that you do care about your customers and have improved your customer relations. I did notice that the one post was about a body kit 2 yrs. ago, it just made me second guess purchasing the fenders. I will most likely be ordering these fenders within the next week or so and then I can let everyone know how everything goes.

And one more thing, Accolade. Everytime I've emailed you guys for a price quote on a body kit or fenders your emails always say "Sir" in them. I am female and I'm sure there are other females that have emailed you. Maybe you could change it to Sir/Madam. I know most people ordering from you are male, but not all are. I don't want to be a pain, it's just kind of annoying. I'd also like ot add that I was very happy with your response time. I've always gotten a very quick response, so good job.

hmm, now I'm debating whether to just pay a little more and get the VIS fenders. I liek the Accolade ones a little better and they're a little cheaper, but I've heard some good things about the VIS ones. Anyone else have the VIS fenders on their car?

I think I like the style of the Accolade fenders better, but I don't want to spend that much money on something cheaply made and not guaranteed. The VIS ones may be cheaper to install and money's a little tight, so I may end up getting those instead.

And Accolade, why haven't you responded to the question fo "Do you guarantee fitment?" That has me a little worried b/c if they aren't going to guarantee fitment, then the fitment must not be good.

And thank you very much for the compliment, always nice to hear!

Our parts are made to fit well.. fenders should be exceptional fitment. We certainly wouldnt sell them if we werent confident in its fitment, with ACCOLADE we own the car so we have ample time as well as access for double checks, with VIS parts are rushed and only based on the fender itself no doubt, and their fitment would almost certainly be called into question..

yes true lol. sir is very much over used by our Asian sales staff, but do understand it is cultural and not so much gender specific, just a sign of respect.

I like her car a lot! I'm still debating which fenders to get. Monday I'm planning on heading down to a local performance shop and seeing what they say and I'm also headed to a body shop to check on painting prices. I have heard good things about your more recent products, my only problem is that if they don't fit correctly and need a lot of tweeking I can't really afford to pay a lot to have htem put on. I'll see what the shops say tomorrow and then I'll make some decisions on what to buy. And thanks for treating the ladies well, females interested in cars may be rare, but it's nice to be acknowledged. And don't worry about the "Sir" thing ,it was just starting ot annoy me, but it's not a big deal. I was just curious as to why it always said "Sir."

in all honesty I would not trust to the Z3 fenders, Im sure alot of members would try to dissuade you from going that route if thats what you're leaning towards, I mean ask yourself if there is even a picture of them installed on a lancer they have been out for many months now, if not it wasnt even designed for the car with actual access to the car to check fitment.. It may fit with some work but not as good as ours out of the box

I have been talking with a member of this forum who purchased and installed the VIS fenders. He was very pleased and said fitment was perfect. He's supposed to email me pics. of the fenders installed on his car. I wil ltry to post them after I receive them. I'm going to have to see what the car shops tell me tomorrow. I really trust their opinions and I will probably end up going wiht whatever they suggest, unless someone has good reason to convince me otherwise. I do like the Accolade fenders better, I juts want to be careful about what I spend my money on. Thanks for the responses Dave.

How we advertise:

How they advertise:

Paper and Marker not included.

The design does not even have the indent that flows from the door to the fender panel, our competitors simply do not take design as far as we do.

I have to agree with you on the design. I like the way the Accolade fenders fit well with the Lancer's design. They seem to flow with the car's look better than the Z3 fenders. I just don't want to get stuck paying a ton for fitment, that's essentailly the only reason I haven't already ordered the Accolade fenders.
