5 bucks for flat black paint spray can. 1 oven. 45 minutes. Black out your headlights.

Alright, well for performance get an intake, exhaust, header, throttle body etc. that'll get you moving quicker. Get some suspension mods like the various bars, maybe a full set of coilovers, and of course get some nice light weight rims and some better braking ability with performance pads and possibly new rotors. If you want looks then I don't know, all I'd go for would be a ralliart grill, and maybe a ralliart or evo 7/8 spoiler, not really big into the whole body kit thing, don't like the idea of paying 2000$ just for something to get scratched up.

Alright just checked your profile, definitely go for the speed and handling mods, and if you got a manual, I'd recommend the underhood bushings, in car bushings and a short shifter, check out my profile if you want to see them.

He said he was broke, i don't think your suggestions are helpful to him in that case.

Get a measurement of the length of belt needed if you bypass your AC. You will pick up some power.

Wax your car.

Talking

If you have a dremel do some weight reduction. Start cutting out metal that you know you don't need.
