Grill options

For anybody who has the techsport or extreme bodykit, what did you guys do to replace the grill? Right now mine has a big gap there, and if i put mesh in there won't be any access to the latch for the hood. Any recommendations?

I was thinking of doing this myself, but the latch for the hood completely slipped my mind!

They recommend Hood Pins for all aftermarket hoods. I'm going to ask the install shop and see if they think I will need them (I getting the TechSports Kit). The last thing I want is for my hood to fly off and break my windshield when I'm on the highway!

i would do it, because i had one of my hoods fly up while i was driving home one day. it crushed my roof and shattered my windshield. it was not a fun expierence. it is better to be safe than sorry. the hood i bought said no hood pins were needed but apparently they were. so just be sure to use them. i wouldnt want to hear of someone having the same problem. i have pics, but dont know how to post them.

Thanks guys, I think I will go with the hood pins, that way i won't have to worry about the latch.
