i just want your opinion on what color to do the inside of my headlights, i have a black lancer w/ a black grill, its lowered, gunmetal wheels,etc., just read my sig. and you'll see the discription of my car. i saw a friend of mine painted his headlight housings a flat back on a red 2000 civic si, and imho they look sweet, now i wanna do it. i was thinking a flat black but if you guys have any other opinions feel free to post your thoughts.

I would like to see more people color match the headlights, or even do contrasting colors, but for us black lancer owners, the best color to do IS black IMHO.

 

i previously bought a new pair of headlamps from a junkyard, for like 5 dollars a peice, and since my car is yellow i'm thinking about color matching them, since i ****ed up on my old headlamps, trying to black house them.

 

purple. definately a teletubby purple. with glitter. and maybe some yellow flowers painted on the front. oooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh and then you could buy eyelids and draw some big thick eye lashes on em. that would look sweet.

 

LMFAO!!, no maybe glossy black. Throw some clear coat on that =D

 

Just go with black especially on a black car. My car is thunder gray and I did black, looks great.

Mines yellow with gunmetal rims. And I did mine in gunmetal to match the rims. I think it looks pretty good. Ill try to post a pic later if you want.

instead of painting it just put "hello kitty" stickers on the inside of the head light to give it that extra show appeal.....

on a serious note i'd say go with black or just for something different, try gray or gunmetal or something that would look good with black, but not black. I personally think gunmetal might look amazing.
