Well as many of you know, my car was in a 5 car pile-up yesterday. So now I need some help from all my fellow members to get her back up and dominating the show circuit again for this season. My plans as of now are as follows:
- Evo VII front end w/ cf hood
- Cedia headlights (black housings)
- Evo VII rear bumper
- Evo VII tails
- Evo VIII wing (with real cf, no ebay knock-offs)
- CF trunk
- OEM fenders and quarter pannels

This is what I need to know from everyone:
1) Do you have any of these items that you are willing to get rid of?
2) Where is the best place to get each of these for the best price and quality
3) Are there any suggestions that you have for me before the new facelift?
4) Are you looking for anything to purchase, cause here's what Ive got up for grabs....make offers, everythings gonna be dirt cheap:

a) ViS CF Evo Hood - needs to be sanded and recleared since accident and has a very slight crack (but seems to be in just the resin) - $125 + ship
b) Cerious Performance Evo VII spoiler - Very small crack in the resin by the side plates that cover the bolts *This is no longer made, so the only way to get one is from a part out* - $ 150 + ship
c) Creative Sports Ken Style Authentic front bumper - Needs fiberglass work, but is fixable if you can work with bondo or fg - $120 + ship
d) One Passenger's side Depo CF tail light - perfect condition - $40 + ship
e) A pair of balck housing headlights with angel-eye blinkers - perfect condition, with minor scratch on back of passenger side housings * have cf eyelids installed*

change the look of your car, don't go back to the evo look. make it look like the car it is.. a Lancer not an evo

sry but its terrible, when u go into the lancer scene "the thing to do" is get a evo conversion kit. no one on this board can be unique, a few pple on this board see it the same way as i do. lets say 5 lancer go to a show to compete and they have the same look? how much fun is that? besides how ****ty the product is thats not even th point. thats wut i don't understand with this group, no one can be original. every car or should i say majority of the car that has cosmetic work done have the evo kit. i can go to car meets and have pple say hey car looks good its different rather then say hey ur car looks like mine

well yeah i see that side of it but on the other hand if you live in a area like mine, (6 lancer owners in a 2 sq. mile area, all stock except for stickers and a ralliart w/a stick-on evo scoop, not color matched BTW. not including mine) ANY major body mod and you're a star,LOL. it's just not done that much around here. so i could do i evo conversion and it would be new to everyone around cause you don't EVER see it. but in cali. i doubt ppl even bat an eye at a evo conversion. as for the show scene, i don't do it. i build my car to suit me and i don't care what a judge, or anyone else thinks of my car. i build it for me, not for them. but i respect the guys who do show their cars, it's just not my thing.
