After talking with Dimantha, we came to the agreement that Accolade will send me a new hood. This whole ordeal has been a little dissapointing, but at least at the end of the day Accolade came through and did the right thing. A lot of other companies would not have been so quick to accomodate, or even help a customer with the problems I faced; for this I applaud Accolade once again for their great customer service and support.

If you are thinking about buying a kit from Accolade, you can at least rest assured that if you do have any problems or concerns with thier products, they will be there to do whatever they can to help you out.

Thanks everyone for your support and thank you Accolade for the great service!

Be glad you didn't go through VIS. I had to fight with them for 4 *ucken weeks about the crappy body kit they sent me. In the end I was stuck with a piece of shat kit that had to be modified to fit the car. Glad they resolved your issue. That was pretty fast too. Wish mine went that easy.

WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE GIRL IN YOUR SIG?

Sorry bro, I wish I knew her name b/c I would have a lot more pictures of her in the ol' spank bank !! I found that pic somewhere out there in cyberspace and "copy save as picture" 'd her a$$ faster then you can say would-ga-didga

Sorry to hear about your kit man. Do you have any pics of it completed?

Accolade has always given me excellent customer service, so props to them for that

everytime someone complains about cracks and etc with there kit, accolade jumps to "shipment issues" its a coincidence that it happened many times, pack em right, get ur company straight, use better materials, make better products, better customer service is needed that ur company will be respected

We had to rig the VIS kit to get it to attach to the car. Then I said screw it and sold the car to my friend. It was too much of a hassle. It looked like crap. He is suppose to get the car painted some time next week, but then again he's been saying that for 3 weeks now. It a 96 eclipse gst spyder with the blitz kit, nothing special.

As for ur hood viciouz, There is a disclaimer on the site: "Use Hood Pins with this hood"
It is on every page with kits....

The boxes come with Red stickers reading: Fragile, glass, product inside is fragile. but that won't stop the shippers from dropping it etc.
