its like y email him when you don't get responses... when i emailed him the second time my hood broke... i never got one response, then reality hit me and i figured i was off on my own, with no one to help me... but if accolade has changed it shouldn't be a problem for a customer who's hood broke like 5 months ago for them to replace it with a free cf one... we get customers call at RRM from liek a year ago, and we still take care of them... also...
Scotty2hottie... how can you settle just for a hood, it just doesn't add up, the amount of labor to fix all those cracks... don't be fooled, those shouldn't be blamed all on shipping... and I know that for a fact... I ship body kits from Carbon Trix directly... and if you got minimal packaging, its cuz they didn't take the time to take care of your products... if sh*t like that happeend at RRM, Rob would have my ***** in seconds and chew me out... and would do his best to satisfy the customer 100%... How can you say your satisfied 100%?
