The hardest part is just tilting the old cluster out. It's kind of a tight fit. But it's still an overall easy swap.

True. Once you do it a few times it gets alittle easier but it always takes me still a few tries to get it out. Kind of a pain but an easy pain

yeah, that was what my problem was - but all u have to do , is turn it to where the guages are facing UP (towards the sky) and rotate either end in the very back of that tight area, and bring the other end forward. it's pretty simple. I've done it like 5 times before. Theres how-to's on it too. Also- i got my 'notarized by my mom's friend who was a notarer. however u spell that sh*t, i just wish i could change the mileage on my car- so when i sell it or something, i can have the correct one on there.

Did you already swap the ES with the OZ? If you did you should have calibrated the OZ to your ES first then install, so when you put it in it's like you always had the OZ cluster. Not a big deal but when you go to sell your car or trade it in then your miles are goiong to be off. But not a big deal.

sheesh, yah, the install was easy, but dammit, trying to get the ES gauge out was pissing me off.....lol

To make it easier on myself, I removed the mirror switch panel on the left side so it would be easier to get it out, all in all, it was pretty simple. Woo hoo, and the gauge I bought from Phantom0 was seriously close to my original miles, I went driving around a bit just so I could match the miles to the OZ gauge's miles.

I was just wondering though, it might just be my gauge and I'm not sure if you guys have experienced it with your gauges when you swapped em but, is your temp gauge working? when I installed mine, it doesn't seem to be moving at all. I thought maybe because my car was cold, but I drove it around a bit, but the needle on the temp gauge was not moving. Does anyone now how to fix, even if possible.

And oh yah, the fuel gauge seems to be working alright, but I dunno if its reading correctly, cause I swear I had a lil less than half when I still had my ES gauge, but now I put in the OZ gauge, and it says I have about 3/4....so wth? Anybody have any suggestions on how to fix these if its possible?
