Well, later on in the day I got the chance to take a closer look at the car. I look into the engine bay and can't find a turbine anywhere. He has an HP or pacesetter aftermarket header or somthing like that. I look closer and see that he has one of those 12v ebay intake superchargers! I look very closely behind the grille to find out that the piping from his intercooler leads to nowhere! It was fake! And here's the best part, he had a blow off valve attached between the 12v ebay supercharger and his intake manifold! Those crappy superchargers don't even make enough boost to blow off! I had to laugh my *** off when I saw all this and figured I'd post this for everyone. The car looks like a decent start to a show car, but when you look closer, he has a lot of fake, cheap, or poorly installed parts. Then I talked to him and he was saying that his setup now was a prototype for a lancer and he has some shop making him a new custom turbo. I was like hmmmm, ok, I'll beleive it when I see it! Enjoy!
