...besides, those who drive base models should not throw stones...hmmmmm. If it wasn't for the base models, then we would never have the super-cars...only 6500 Evos were supposedly made for US consumption(?) in 2003...Do you think that Mitsubishi could survive by just selling those POS's?...Base models make up the bulk of dealership sales...I'm reminded of that fact everytime I drive down the street...so to all those people out there that bought a base model lancer, I thank you, my car thanks you, and all the other people driving the Evos should thank you...If it wasnt for your $15000 purchase, none of this would have been possible.

to OZlancer1: hey, i live in drums, just north of hazleton, we should meet up sometime and bs, and compare, etc. about our lancers. in about a month i'll be almost done with mine, so then i'll be ready to show it. i wanna see the difference between my custom turbo and ur stg 2 rrm. if u race, i'd be more than happy to see how much faster u are sometime, prolly in kingston if u go there. u in a club? if so or not i'll be willing to drag along some friends from my club, they got some sick cars btw. wherebouts in scranton are u, i got some relatives near that big motorcycle dealership on the main drag, i cant think of the road, but i went to see their stunt riders they had their last year.
