This was like a week after it had been washed, cleaned with paint cleaner, detailer, and Gold Class...i used black magic spray tire shine to keep the tires blazin...amazing right? This is what i think you should do...use my steps on the previous page...works out well

Yeah, at least that's what I was told. My dad is retired from the auto painting industry and that's what he always told me, twice a year.

glaze?

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=139646

check out this thread for pics of the results after i went through the following procedure:

-Wash w/ RainX Spot free detergent (it works pretty well)
-Dry w/ Absorber (i love that thing..)
-Claybar (w/ Mother's claybar kit)
-Wash again w/ RainX Spot free detergent
-Dry w/ Absorber again
-Wax w/ Mother's carnuba wax (solid form)
-Wait a minute to dry
-Wipe/buff off using clean towel and using a clean part of the towel for different spots. CLEAN being the key word.

i was hoping for a deeper shine actually, but i think uses ****ty silver paint...but trust me, the car was impecably clean and smooth after all that work...and no, there were no weird rain spots after it rained a couple days later.

Max,

Zaino is a car polish system. The instructions may sound daunting at first, but it's really no different than any other polish out there.

" 1. A little goes a long way. We've engineered Z-2 PRO™ to be extremely efficient. While applying Z-2 PRO™, do your best to apply very thin, even layers. As you become more familiar with the product, a single eight-ounce bottle will do a Corvette 20 times. Remember - when in doubt, use less.
2. If your car's surface isn't in optimal condition, take the necessary steps to correct any imperfections before applying Z-2 PRO. For best results, always precede an application of Z-2 PRO™ with a Z-7 Show Car Wash. This will ensure the surface is free of any contaminants or incompatible oils/deposits. Z-2 PRO™ contains no cleaners, and no abrasives, therefore the surface must be in good condition before you apply Z-2 PRO™.
3. For your initial application, enable Z-2 PRO™ by mixing with ZFX Flash Cure Accelerator as directed by the instructions included with ZFX Flash Cure Accelerator. It is critical that you use ZFX Flash Cure Accelerator with Z-2 PRO™ for the initial application, or if multiple layers are to be applied within a 24 hour time period.*
4. Apply a thin coat of Z-2 PRO™ to your entire car using a 100% cotton cloth or applicator pad. Heavy rubbing is not necessary, and try to avoid using circular application motions. Remember: Less is better. Use as little product as possible.
5. Allow Z-2 PRO™ to haze (this should take 10-15 minutes in normal conditions), then by using a clean, 100% cotton, made in the USA towel to buff off Z-2 PRO™ and reveal the hidden beauty of your paint."

Zaino is known to last up to 6 months if used in no more than 3 layers. It's cheap and really effective.

i used eagle one wax as you dry... doesn't seem like it did much in the few weeks after, but that day i washed/waxed, i took the car out, hit 70+ and didn't need windshield wiper... ( it safe to use on all surfaces and finishes... ) plus i got it for free at a car show so what the hell...

-Use Meguiar's Gold Class (or anything equivalent)
-Your car will be immuned to most road dirt, rain drops, grease etc...and your car will be looking absolutely amazing...i have pix of my car on my pc but evolutionm.net requires 100kb pix or less...i do not know how to get it on here but trust me..you will love the outcome

Using a claybar once a year is a great help in removing contaminents also.

Man there's so many products and so many reviews. Everyone has their own opinion and claims by what they use as THE BEST PRODUCT. I guess it's all about preference. But honestly, I'm gonna stick with what Novtec1 used on his ride.

Check it out, https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...guiars+strikes.

Meguiar's #7 Show Car Glaze + Meguiar's NXT Tech Wax. I"m gonna get crackin on it tomorrow.
