i'd say forget the CF hood and trunk. If u were to go CF, u shouldve done it b4 painting to save some money!

Saw it in person last weekend and the thing is anything but quality...doesnt look that great man sorry to tell ya. And that "Lambo" blue paint....eeehhhhh

 

Hey Everyone is Intitled to there opinon but see if you were there last weekend then why didnt you show your car and if it dosent look that great in person then why did i land two sponsors and i keep winning 1st place and 2nd place i have went to 4 shows and won 3 first place trpohies and 1 2nd place trophy so like i said everyone is intitled to there opinon and it still need some touch ups here and there. Also the work was done 99% by myslef and i have never done body work before and i have seen pretty bad work. bye the way what show did you see me at the won in terriville?

 

Btw, are you using a latch to close? Or just the hood pins?

 

Just hood pins because the hood had to go through so much modifications to make it fit and the latch peace was to long. I have a new carbon fiber hood on order that should be here next week.

 

don't worry about it halley, this is coming from the guy who in most people's minds had the riciest/ugliest lancer around. now he doesn't even have a lancer LOL

I've seen the paint in person too, and its top notch, especially since the body and fitment was done by halley himself.

 

I'm confused about the carbon fiber hood, is this from Accolade? If not, it won't match and fit right.

no the carbon hood isnt from Accolade its from VIS racing and yes it will match up fine

 

From what I know, only Accolade kit can fit/match with their kit. Hopefully you checked with them when you bought that hood.
