I KNOW A LOT OF YOU GUYS/GALS WONT AGREE WITH ME. BUT I REALLY WANNA CHANGE MY INTERIOR DASH INTO THE WOOD LOOK. SO IN WANTING TO TURN MY DASH INTO WOOD, I WAS WONDERING IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME. MAYBE SOMEONE KNOWS WHO SELLS THEM, OR WHERE I COULD GET THEM. THANKS.

i have wanted to change my whole dash to wood as well. my ls has that one wood strip, kinda lame the rest is gray. is their a full wood grain dash kit, for the hvac controls, head unit area, and everything? would be cool to see it all in faux wood. even the shift console

 

I dunno, that wood is pretty cheap lookin. mabey if you did it real nice with like the stuff they put in benzes. but to each there own. i dont know anyone who makes the dashes. check ebay

 

well to answer my own question, i found some wood dash on the internet. just go to google and type in wood dash, and you get some sites that have it for lancers, but its just NOT ENOUGH WOOD. haha ... imma try calling the junk yard sometime this week, maybe i find a broken down lancer .. how sad .. haha ...

 

yeah, i have that one strip of wood, that long one, oh, you know which one im talking about! haha, but anyway. i looked but like ^ "NOT ENOUGH WOOD" i always though a nice looking sports car with tinted windows and fancy wood, even faux, interior looked bad ***. like bmw's and such. sports and style. but for us, on a budget style!

 

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MITSU...94492024QQrdZ1 this looks great, plus great selection of wood colors and such. but.....expensive for just a tape on cover. might just be me talking, but they laser cut this out from material, right?, and they can do this multiple times a minute, and buy discounted material, the only hard work is getting the measurements down right, but they get oem spec and just cut to them. so im gonna go with, dont buy this, seems like their making way to much off of almost no work on their part. but thats just cheap ol me.
