well, some things you can seal into your paint by waxing over it, depending on the wax. There are products out simply for removing swirl marks or blemishes. ive used them and they do work. try one of those. if not get a "cleaner" wax (I use mothers) and try to wax it off. you can really apply as much wax as you want, just gotta wipe it off as the directions say to(when it turns kinda chalky)
polish and wax are 2 different things. you polish the car, then wax it. No matter what you d oyou're gonna have swirl marks, you have a black car, there's no avoiding them completely. I've had great luck on my car with McGuires stuff, especially the NXT synthetic wax. My car is a fairly dark color and the polish and wax really takes away most of the surface swirls, but there's still there if you look for them.

Go to a local detailing shop and ask them about professional buffing services. They will use a high speed buffer on your car (don't try at home) with special polishing compounds and sealants and waxes. Your car will have no swirls and it will look like it was just waxed for about 3months. Cost, about $100
