you can get a piece of metal and put it underneath the wing to reinforce it... stick some double sided tape and screw that **** on the wing...
I've heard some ppl do that 2 their aftermarket evo8 replica wings...
metal as in something thin and durable that will span the lenght of the wing...

its not even that its loosening, its all tight and looks good, flush with trunk even. It is the cross section the "shakes" OR "bounces up and down" when I get anywhere near 40 or above. it vibrates some over bumps but that doesnt bother me. i got an adjustable one and tried changing angle of cross section but it didnt do anything. Ill probably return it, calling rrm today and get a cf one. I figure cf wont do it since its more rigid.....or oem i guess, where can i get that. does rrm sell them?

I have a Evo 7 (in Asia)and it wobble at starting 50-60mph. Typical problem, that's why evo 8 is redesigned and it's CF

I think you got your answer. But I've had my OEM Evo VIII CF wing for a couple years now and have never seen a wobble. Even @ 120...

Try a vortex generator, that might help.

hmm, ok, pretty sure that would do absolutely nothing.

i have the replica evo 8 wing also from rrm and my center section also wobbles like crazy over bumps, windy weather, or speeds over 40. accolade says their wing is made of different material and wont wobble (additionally, its far cheaper then an oem or cf one). u could go that route, especially if your gonna return the rrm one. i havent done it cause im not sure i want to risk buying another, painting, blah blah. whatever route you go be sure to let us know what works best, accolade, foam inject, metal support. the rubber washers and extra tightening will not work. i can almost guarantee you that. the problem is that the force the wind puts on the center of the cheap material is too strong for it to not flex. the support on the ends can be superior, but because the wing is so long, in the middle there is no support other then the abs.

I since sold the wing. The guy who bought it hasnt mentioned anything about it. Adding the foam washers and such did help. I was gonna install it but ended up going cf trunk/wing route.
