What happened to the front? There is a part that looks like it needed to be sanded and they didin't...Also the front doesn't look like it fit that well...

I know, it sounds like 1 in a million, but Accolade has REALLY REALLY REALLY come through for me and they were EXTREMELY helpful with EVERYTHING.
(i found, the trick was to be polite, rational, and basically have your church pants on when dealing with them, and they come through better than your mom if you aren't an *** about everything.) At first, i was pissed at my messed up hood, but i kept calm and worked WITH Accolade to get a new one and boy did they EVER deliver! Fit like a glove and Accolade will have my business again.
SPECIAL THANKS TO David, Dimantha, and SUPER THANKS to Dan the man, way to go!

david just paypaled him 400 $

I am glad they came through with you, but with all of the hassle you went through, (and this goes for any company) why would you want to buy something from them again??? Now if the hood came in good shape the first time in a timely manner then yeah I could understand why you would wanna buy from them again. But for them to take that long to get your stuff right, eh... id be hesitant on buying from a company that did business like that.

DISCLAIMER - I am not referring directly to Accolade, just ANY company that showed me that kind of service.
