Talking Something neat I seen last night

Its late, I'm getting off of work, and its a little bit chilly. I had parked under a light outside my job and I notice a little condensation on my hood. I had my car off for about 5 hours. No biggie you say...well I get closer to my car and notice the condensation is in the shape of the top part of this hood

I know that a little heat was probly still trapped under my hood from my drive, but I found it sooo neat that the condensation came up in that pattern. It made me think about my car wanting that hood and bumper.

On a side note to the people who have the Road Race or Accolade front bumper, does it extend lower than the OEM bumper and side skirts? I plan on getting the front end conversion but if it is going to extend down lower I think I might want to keep saving for the whole thing. Also for anyone who has the shorter rear bumper does that extend down lower than OEM?

um, it prolly extends down a little, but if you have the oem oz rear lip and sides it will look fine.

I have a Ken style kit my lancer; infact, a broken up rear Accolade Ken bumper and OEM are sitting behind me. The aftermarket is about 2-3 inches taller than OEM. I'd assume the same for the front and about 2 inches on the ss. Cool story on the hood thing...

Actually on the factory hoods... there is a support on the back side of the hood that runs down the middle and 2 "pockets" with to the right and left of it... so the "design" you saw is very possible.

depends on which kit u get... im pretty sure all kits sit lower than oem. the only bumper i could think of that lines up with the OZ kit is the original Evo VII style from Import Trenz or RRM
