I my self am not really feeling the whole Lv interior. There was another car on here somewhere that had a blue fabric all of the place and i didn't think that was any good either. If your gonna be redoing the interios of a car in Lv or anything like that, it needs to be in an Escalade or something a little bit more luxurious then a Lancer Es. That wouldn't even be right in an Evo, definatly not an Evo. just grab something black or darker gray from any fabric shop and that should be better then the light gray that you hate.

good luck man. i messed with my back doors and totally messed them up putting fabric on the back it tough, but it can be done. i'm not a huge fan of your fabric choice (mostly because its going in a lancer), but i give you points for being different. i would agree with twisty on the black suede. it looks nice and doesn't stand out too much.

Well, my interior is gray, not blue. The top dash and fake Burlwood is black (and why wood is black, beats the $hit outa me...?)
Therefore the gray will match the interior's scheme, and the black logo designs will be complimenting the rest of the black interior.
I already placed it onto the car for a visual, and got a second and 3rd opinon.
The color will be fine.
Still I been lookin' online fr some Puma, cus some o' you are right, it aint a Lexus is a Lancer, and Im Tuning it to be sportier, therefore the Puma logo would look better, not apper as "pimpin-ish" or some "balla'"-type job, and just be over all more appropriate... and Im still kickin' myself in the as$ for not thinking of that. However I feel a bit better cus I been lookin' online and all over for Puma and Akademiks and Kappa even, but noone seems to have the raw fabrics/upholstery for them. Im only finding designers.
So... at least I can say that I tried.
Anyway, yeah the Louis V will look good, its just that "it's Louis V" that might be a bit "eh..." but that logo pattern honestly was the simpler yet more interesting of the variety. Again, its only purpose is to touch up the interior and get out of that tacky gray but figuring if Im gonna do all that work, then I may as well add some flare then just another plain ol' color...
I also realized that If I tint the windows black (which I was planning), you wont see the interior. It becomes a whole seperate entity from the rest of the car.
So when youre inside itll actually look better, because your not seeing both at once, nor from the outside associating the two.
I think this'll work... (if not, I can take it out, no biggie)
Again, Ill post pics and ya'll let me know how it looks.
Wish me luck tho, that it actually turns out surprisingly well, as I would on your projects (Im a believer in positive energy).

Thanx!

You have an 03 ES right? What color is the outside? Mines a dark blue on the top portion of the dash and a lighter blue on the bottom, I just assumed all ES lancers had the same basic interior, well apart from the tan interior found on some colors. Why not just go flat black? I don't understand why people think putting Nike or Puma in a car is somehow sporty, last time I checked neither company makes car parts.

Not Nike, but I thought/like Puma because its a sporty brand, and Im tuning my car to be sportier, also the prancing Puma logo would be associated with running, agility, swiftness, sportiness in general, etc. (and better than cheetah skin ) while being a nice trademark type thing.
I searched tho and even asked the fabric distributor, unless I go to Puma myself, I dont think Im gonna find it.
F* it, its Louis V until something better comes along...

Still don't get it, its the equivalent of putting type R badges on the side of your sneakers.
