Shogun Coilovers for Lancer
Just keep the drop reasonable. Don't push it more than 1 to 1.5 inches for daily driving. Another member on here has the Skunk2 Coilovers and had nothing but good to say about them so I hope you like. Good luck. Keep us posted when you put em on.
Who said anthing ablut being upset. Your throwing is lame ***, pointless, off topic statements basically says you want in on this arguement. Only problem is you aren't saying anything about Shogun or any other coilovers for that matter.

The only thing that I am weary about is that I emailed teamautonutz to see if the "coilovers" had any kind of warranty on them. He responded saying that there wasn't any warranty that came with the Shoguns...now as I posted in another thread there is a company called Dropzone who is coming out with "coilovers" and springs for $140- $180 that come with a lifetime warranty...they will be coming out by the end of this month. You can look at them on www.dynamicautodesign.com Now Im not going to praise these products but Dropzone has been around for a couple. Just my .02.

I would be cautious of dealing with teamautonutz. I purchased a set of shogun coilovers from them on Ebay and as I attempted to install them, I came to find that the perches are too small for the strut bodies!! They will not fit and do not work!! I live close to York and went to pick them up. The owner of team autonutz is a 19-20 year old kid. I am not saying that just because he is young that he is a bad businessman, but I would rather deal with someone a bit older for reliability!! Take my loss as a warning to all, buyer beware. I have tried to contact them to see what they can do, so far he has not answered the phone.

I am involved with team autonutz and the wholesaler that we got the coilovers from just had 'Lancer 02-up' listed in their price list for the shoguns. I think what happened to germ215 is that they sent us a set for the ES and not the OZ and that's why his don't fit. I am checking into this tonight. I'm not even sure if shogun makes coilovers for an OZ. I was unaware that the suspensions were different when we ordered the coilovers. If shogun makes them for an OZ we will gladly send a replacement set. If they do not, then we will give a full refund. Team Autonutz is not out to try and screw anyone over, but we are in the process of starting the business so please bear with us.

alright heres my dilemna... i bought these coil overs about 5 months ago.. i still have them in a box... i took them to a shop and they couldnt get them to fit... so basically i though ti just lost out on 150 bucks cause i bought them from someoen who got them from someone else for free... they look exactly like the ones in the picture... i read through the posts but not sure if i read the one with the install.. i just wanna know how did the install go for u... and if anyone is in the bay area san jose area if u want them i'm giving them up for 100 bucks.. consider my loss of 50bucks rather then 150...or lol someone tell me a place that can do it and that has done it =P thanks
vietxscape, I ordered a set of the coilovers and should have then any day now. I have an OZ and it seems that people with OZ's have a problem getting the shoguns to fit. We are going to try to install them asap and we will let everyone know if shogun just sent us the wrong coilovers, or if they actually only fit the ES. The set we sold to Germ may have been a mistake with our wholesaler, so we will see when we get them. If the set I ordered, doesn't fit, then they will probably only fit the ES. If they do fit, then I guess the ones we sold Germ were for an ES and our wholesaler screwed up (which doesn't happen very often but hey ya never know). I will keep you posted and I hope they fit, cuz I don't want to have to wait another couple weeks till my car is lowered!!
ok pple over here im from hawaii and i have a ES model and i have those shogun coilovers... as i went to teamautonutz it says coilovers for ES model Only hmmmm ill be getting these suckers on in 2 dayz so ill be back wid the results......
has anyone heard about these coilovers on the es mode? as for i am looking into getting my lancer lowered. and if someone could tell me what the big difference between lowering springs and coilover and which is better would help me out too!?!?!?
