Pics of my fiberglass and cf door panels!

My door panels are almost done. I stopped in at the shop today to take some pics of how things are going. All that's left is for the katzkin leather pieces to be mounted, and then the panels will be assembled and put back into the car. Looks pretty good so far. Definitely something I havn't seen yet in a Lancer. Let me know what you guys think.

I think it will look pretty good, but isn't having the speaker fairly exposed like that kinda asking for problems? (I know very little about speakers, so I may be totally wrong )

nah, having them exposed doesn't really hurt anything. Most show cars have their speakers exposed so you can see the make of the cone, brand, etc. My speakers have a silver carbon fiber cone and I wanted people to be able to see it since it matches my carbon/silver scheme.

couple friends of mine work for Tweeter. They cut me a great deal on all the work. The one guy has done some award winning stuff around here, so I knew it would be top quality. My whole rear speaker deck and the top of my dash are being done cf as well, but I didn't get any pics of that since they're stripped and ugly.

Thanks for the comments. I was surprised at how well everything's coming along. I'm actually thinking about having them fiberglass a tv into my dash and relocate the hvac controls. I was originally going to do that, but decided to just get an in-dash flip out head unit. But now I'm liking the fiberglass look so I may end up getting a monitor glassed in the dash.
