How hard to take apart the plastic interior pieces

How hard to take apart the plastic interior pieces
I am vinlying the interior plastic pieces in white or carbon fiber(white) not forsure yet. but i am wondering how hard is it to take the pieces of to get the pieces on and trimmed if necessary.

the only pain in the @ss one is the long narrow piece that is surrounding the central vents. It has a ton of clips. Search a little, like for the changing the clock color threads for instructions.
