well i drilled into the beams that you would use to jack up the car with the jack thats comes with the car in the trunk...then screwed them in with the tube behind the beam...tada problem solved. They're off the car now though because like I said, I liked them for a while because I was literally the only one around with them on, but like I said earlier, they grew old...

Thats the thing. Im all about clean installs to dont do crazy things without tripple checking on it first. Showing a bulb is a nono. Installing it on the frame (where you use the jack) is outa the question. I change to a winter set of wheels every winter then back in the spring so I have to be able to use a lift. I think it was ozlancer1 that stated they need to be further in the middle of the car. Anyone have a pic of that?

I had green underglow back in the day. Man, I was a moron. I put them on the other sides of this ridge thing on the other side of my oz skirts. I dont think that made sense.

yeh.. so you drilled holes through the plate and strapped them behind it? That would hide the bulb and if they were behind that I could still use a lift. Thanks a lot for the pic.

No i drilled holes right in the bottom of the car not the ridge. With the oz skirt it hid it just fine.
