Could you post a couple of interior picks of the roof and control panel for it? I was thinking about adding a sun roof to my 02 but if I were to I would like to make it look stock as possible.

If it was light outside I'd do it right now...sorry. But my sunroof was a $1000 option, should have gone factory with that. Heard of people have leaking issues with aftermarket ones.

 

i have an 02 but when i got the car i told the dealership to install one.

its almost twice as large as the stock 03, its huge and opens like half the roof, never leaked once since i got it, and by far my favorite upgrade to the car.

 

i would do anything to get rid of my sunroof. I like the car to look smooth all the way down. Unfortunatley this was what was in stock and i got a good deal on the car. Also as an installer of sun roofs, Stay away. They don't lokk stock and have potential leak like he said.

 

A lot of shops guarantee their work though. Check your local store for details.

 

exactly. i have a lifetime guarantee on my for any leaks or damage to the interior of the car b/c of leaks.

I doubt it would make a difference for normal everyday driving. Am I wrong?

 

not really, if your going to have a wreck to the point of where you land the car on its roof and it collapes' on itself and crushes your head on impact. The chances are really slim to none that your gonna survive.

plus, when your time is up your time is up, and a freak acciedent concerning your sunroof i doubt is gonna happen.

btw, when i bought my 02 used from the dealer i made them throw it in at no extra cost, so i got a 1000 dollar custom sunroof installed free.
