I want to DIY these mobs..

It's me, the aspiring DIY man again.
I thought of doing stripping out the brakes and spray it to red color. Only trouble is I dunno how to take it off and fix it back without causing any potential accident and shortening my life on the road.

Anyone done this before ? Pls share your experience...

im guessing you are talking about the calipars and drums...its fairly easy to yank off the drums, the calipars are a little more difficult. but you should be able to get away with just newspapering around the calipars and painting them...my pop helped me losen the calipars and it made painting a little easier, but it was a pain in the *** gettin em back on cause the brakes tightened a bit...Dont forget to use calipar paint or high temp paint on the brakes.

I havent taken the calipers off my lancer but if the calipser are any thing like my rx7 or several other cars you can use a large clamp and a piece of cloth to compress the piston if thats whats gettin in your way it will make it slide back on easy.
