Switching corner lights with inner blinkers?

hey i have a 03 lancer ES and i was wondering if this is as easy as it sounds to me. i dont know to much about wiring and tech stuff like that but if i juts take the wires that go to the inner blinker lights and switch them with the corner lights (parking lights) would this work because i want the inner lights to be on constant and the outer corners to blink. ??????
please help me out thanks alot

gotta have some sort of signal visible from the front of the vehicle, so just switching them would be a bad idea

I wouldn't do, but theoretically cutiing and switching the wires should work. If your electrical. don't know about the resistance each bulb has tho. if they're the same size you could just switch the bulb and holders.

I'm not sure about any of this but that's why i wouldn't do it
