Interior cosmetic question
Interior cosmetic question
Alright I don't really do the show and shine thing so I need you guys to help me out with this one. The spongy foam that is right underneath the window on the doors and is on the top of the center console has a flashy replacement that is a smooth glossy material. I saw it like 3 years ago but I have no idea where and there are a couple spots that are damaged in the foam on the doors so I just want to replace them all with something a bit nicer. Anyone have any idea to get that stuff, what its called, cost, etc? Thanks for the help and bonus points if you can tell me how to install it

I've seen a few people do the custom fiberglassing and other paint it and I've even seen one Carbon FIber. But I don't think anyone sells a replacenment part for it.
I believe all that differ from stock were custom.
If you want to do this, search for people who have done this and ask them how they did it.
yeah, the carbon fiber is me!

I think the easiest thing to do is to just paint the tops of the door. If you have it done professionally and have it shot with a glossy paint and clearcoat, it will look damn good, and I'm willing to bet that's what you saw. There's a nice blue laner around my way that has his whole damn interior painted. Tops of the doors are a bright blue color, looks awesome.
