Does anyone have pictures of the Kartboy exhaust hangers on there car? I am also thinking about making my own bumber guard out of stainless steel. I don't feel like waiting on a company to make one.

Lancershop has one, shipped its 30$, probably easier then buying the steel and shaping it and all, unless you have a metal shop. The kartboy exhaust hangers btw look exactly like stock except they are black polyurethane not rubber.

I can get the stainless for free, and my father-in-law works in a metal shop.

Update on the bumber shield. My father-in-law is going to make me two. One out of stainless, and the other will be made out of aluminum. I should have them both tonight. I will post pictures of how they look.

I hope the bumper guard turns out good. Anything to save a few dollars.

Bad news. My catback is going back. After putting on the Kartboy hanger, I still had an issue with the pipe hitting underneath the car. I took it up to a local exhaust shop to have the take a look at it. They tried loosening the pipes and adjusting them and that didn't work. After looking at it, we all noticed how the resonator was not sitting correctly and how the pipe after the resonator was throwing everything off. They did not want to cut and reweld the system because they didn't want a rust ring around my stainless steel. I could appreciate that they wanted to keep things nice looking for me. So I am returning my Greddy catback in exchange for another one. Has anyone had any fitment issues with the Greddy EVO 2 catback?

and you thought you had a hard time getting the bolts out for the rest of the exhaust, good luck with removing the o2 sensor for the hfc.

That is on hold until I get the exhaust fitment issue resolved. Plus, I rather go buy a new O2 sensor than mess around and break the old one trying to remove it.

Kurt,

Congrats on your Cat back, I personally have a Greddy Evo II Cat back on both Evos and I also had it on my WRX, it is simply amaizing and perhaps in my opinion the only exhaust that really fits like stock.

The one thing that caught my attention was the silencer. The silencer that you are showing in the pic(after the downpipe) is oval and the one on the Evos are rounded.

The problems continue. SportCompactOnly wants me to ship my exhaust to Greddy, which they will pay for. The problem is that it may take up to two weeks for me to get my exhaust back and if Greddy says that there is nothing wrong with my exhaust, I have to pay to have it shipped back to me. This really sucks, not only have I wasted a week dealing with SportCompactOnly worthless customer service, I am now going to take my car to an exhaust shop so they can fix it for me. I can't go with out my car for another two weeks, it's bad enough that I have been without my car for a week.

Anyone that buys anything from SportCompactOnly.com, there customer service is worthless if you have a problem. They do not return phone calls, they don't like to answer the phone, and if your are presistant like me, you will be on hold for a very long time. I was on hold last night for 25 minutes. Myself, I won't buy anything from them again, and would not recommend them to anyone here.

Just for a reference, here is the problem I am having. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
