I've been concidering shaving my trunk, but everyone has that! So I made it a priority of mine to find a way to give my ride a custom badgedd look. I want to use a JDM "E V O L T I O N V I I" badge that comes on the trunk of a Evo VII in the place where our just says "L A N C E R" now.

Also I plan on using the small LANCER badge from an Evo VIII in the place where the OZ decal/badge is.

I have an RRM CF Evo grill... so I figured I should keep with the theme and put a JDM "GT-A" badge from an Evo VII on the left hand side of the grill.

I am getting an Evo VII style hood so I think that this would look sweet.

sorry but i dont think its a good idea, if your driving an oz lancer then that is what it is, it isn't an evo VII get my drift

 

Do not do something ricey like adding an Evolution badge to a non-Evo car. That's like putting a typr-r badge on a Civic lx. Why would you do that? If you want to add appearance items fine.

 

....... gotch ya! Thanks for your input. I am still going to do it probably though. With the JDM Toda turbo and a little more exterior styling goodies (JDM Rally projector headlights, RMR front lip, CF Evo VII wing, 18" OZ Supperlegaras) I think it will look sweet though.

I dont like wrong badging personally...kinda poserish...you dont drive an EVO so why pretend. If you are getting a turbo I would just flaunt its power ..no need to ly about what your car is.

thanks, but no thanks, Their projectors are $1800 plus shipping from singapore to the US. Not worth it. Why are they so much anyways?
