Lancer Badging Idea Opinions/Help?

Lancer Badging Idea Opinions/Help?
ok, heres what I'm thinking - I really like how the Evolution has the three star diamond logo on the back of the trunk and only a small badge that says "Lancer Evolution" as opposed to my ES which has the huge "LANCER" all the way across.
What I'm thinking of doing is shaving off the word LANCER and leaving the
where it is. Then I want to try and find a smaller badge that is *SIMILAR* to the one on the EVO VIII's for the lower corner of the trunk, But with only the word LANCER.
That way I have the loof of the EVO Badging that I really like without looking like a ricer or poser by badging my wimpy ES as an Evolution which it obviously is not.
So my question is two-fold...
a)What do you guys think of this idea? (let me preface this by saying I personally don't like the totally debadged look - so it's either do this or leave it alone)
b) does anyone know where I can find a Lancer badge for the corner of my trunk if I decide to go ahead with this.

i was thinking of changing the mitsubishi logo to red and leaving the lancer, but i was going to remove the OZ logo. i keep changing my mind but yea if i could get a smaller lancer logo that would be cool because i like the look where theres not so much crap on my car. i hate people with all these stickers and crap. if you want a red mitsu logo then steal on off an eclipse

I basically want my trunk to look like this:

minus the word "EVOLUTION" of course since my car...well...isnt.
I'm thinking about taking the "Lancer" and the "LS" off my trunk as well. I'm not interested in putting a small logo back on though.
I've seen on OZ with just the symbol on the trunk, looked
tight!
I'm sure you could find a place that does badging or maybe a chrome sticker that would work.

i think ill just keep the red logo and keep the OZ tag but take off the BIG lancer and maybe put it somewhere else like on the side... that might look good. i could paint it also. but ya i like your idea but i dont like the cursive writing of evolution or whatever. if you can find a small lancer thing then go for it, itll look cool and for sure take off that ES crap
