Factory spoiler

I think I am going to order a factory spoiler on ebay for $180 from a fairly reliable company. It has the LED light in the spoiler and everything. My question is this. I talked to a local import bodyshop and they said that the colors (even with the same color codes) wouldn't match between my car and the spoiler and the brake light could not be used on the spoiler because the electrical stuff wouldn't allow it to work... Another import tuning place said it should work just fine. Anyone have any suggestions or anything before I order it?

I also wanted to order a factory wing but wasn't sure about install and how much it would cost to have done.

the light will work fine. the color may be slightly off because your paint has had time to fade from the sun/elements, but it shouldn't be too far off.

thank you very much. I guess That will be my next change to my car. And possibly my last (so I can save up for an SRT-4, Evo, or STi)

yeah, in your trunk, under your rear dash, there should be an extra plug for a rear light just hanging there. Mine has it. So if I wanted, I could leave my spoiler LED light on and plug in another brake light on my rear dash like the ones for people with no spoiler.

Try look at the spoilers from SpoilerDepot I think they have a store on ebay. Comes painted so its a lot cheaper than getting one painted. And the wiring will not be a problem, just a matter of splicing into your existing third brake light wires. Good luck!
