Question question about body kit on an 02-03 OZ

i've looked around a little but i haven't quite found the answer i was looking for... since the OZ kind of comes from the factory with a body kit, would you be able to buy a front bumper only and have it fit flush with the side skirts and rear bumper?

hmm.. i don't think so. body kits usually sit lower than our stock kits.

All that I have seen are considerably lower than the OZ side skirts. IMO, your best bet would be to go with a RRM Type1 or Type2 lip kit.

thanks for that info, the VII kit was one of the only ones i was considering.

right now my car is actually at the body shop getting the rear bumper touched up. the previous owner was kind of a moron and liked to scratch it up on things. there's still minor damage on both the front doors... which will need blending into the quarters to fix... barf.

Ive got the kaminari front bumper w/oz side skirts and rear lip and it matches up pretty well. It sits alittle lower but thats expected. What part of MA are you in?

Rock is a little biased lol but can you blame him? jk

Atilla, I got my grill through a group buy about a year ago from cerious-performance. I go to school in RI, 45min south of boston.. Don't see too many lancers rollin around town. I bought my turbo kit used which saved me over 2500bucks.

thanks for all the info guys! it's just what i needed to hear. i'm glad that the best looking kit IMO will line up without serious modification.

have any of you guys with the VII bumper put it on on your own? i figure if i would be able to do it myself it would save me some cash when i roll up to the body shop.
