quick and easy stuff, pull that front dealer license plate thing, and get rid of those wiperblades another cheap one to do is to replace the amber sidemarkers with clear ones, get them on ebay for about 15$. Lookin good.

looks amazing compared to what it looked like when you got it. you fixed it up fast, too!

i feel your pain of having to deal with adhesive, i took off the OZ badge on my trunk today and it took me a good 30 mins to get all that adhesive off! vomit!

Thanks, all!

Tonight I'm going to try to make the time to spraypaint the windshield wipers and the hubcaps. They may be ugly, but I think they'll be less ugly in black. This weekend I will do the grill mesh, side reflectors, and some paint touchups. Anything that can be salvaged for the next few months, I will have to keep. Come January, I think I can spend some real money and will start looking at performance mods and maybe body kits.

Not sure yet what to do with the trunk. I'm thinking I might just live with the brackets for now and buy a CF trunk lid next year.

If you do spray the hubcaps make sure you sand the clearcoat with 1500 grit...then 2000grit. Then use some 3M rubbing compound and maybe a little car wax afterwords (this will give them a really nice shine like you bought them like that). The side reflectors are a big pain in the **** to remove. Make sure you search for easier ways to remove them (I wouldn't advise trying to paint them while on the car...if you plan on painting them and not replacing them....either way you will need to remove the reflectors). I have posted a little easier way to remove them in a past thread that I haven't seen any other member mention (but I could be wrong). And if you are going for looks don't get a body kit first...get some good looking rims. Then probably lower the car...then maybe start looking at some body kits. Also there are some other really cheap mods you can do for looks on here. For example blacking out your headlights...tinting your tail lights....etc.

Bit of advice, decide now what you want to do with the engine, ie. turbo or stay NA.
