aight guys ive been messing with fiberglass bondo spot putty etc etc and well here's my progress......but lets just say this no more 1/2inch gap thank u time and west coast supply for the tips!

So all you pretty much did was pile on Bondo to the grille??? Hmm...I might need to do that when I purchase the grille~

kinda i used this thin stranded fiberglass that was a mix of basiclly bondo/fiberglass covered hood filled it so it has a nice thick backing so wont chip away . then cuse it was a bit wavy went over it with bondo and sanded and did tha ta few times now im working on making the line even and the corners fit in better a lil 2 big right now

yeah good job on the grill! That gap on the top is fugly, but ill
take it over stock anyday!

use zip ties or color match it by spray painting it

looks good... my only problem is i got the CF grille... no slappin' putty on there's gonna help.
