i dont dig the grill, shows too much of whats behind it, and there aint nothin fabulous goin on back there.... id order a stock one or perhaps a CF one since CF goes well with black
to paint the grille go to a paint shop and get some paint color-matched to your 
color code... check the sticky in here if you don't know yours. this can should run you about $10-15.
prime the surface, sand it down, and then paint it. finish it up with several coats of U-POL clear #1 (it's in an orange can and says CLEAR #1 on the front--it's hard to miss). any good paint shop should have this clearcoat or something similar. this should also run you $10-15.
let your paint dry overnight and then put the piece on the car. it will look great if you know how to handle an aerosol can. you will be amazed at how good of a finish that clear #1 can get you. check out my lancer in my profile for pictures of stuff painted this way. i did my ralliart grille (it used to be red), and i did my evo VII wing as well.
