alright.. just ordered a couple of maintenance parts. spark plugs, spark plug wires, belts.. still need a couple of things. going to make a list.. if anyone wants to add to the list or feedback that's fine.

ok so the kit i ordered is a t25 rrm non ic kit w/ evo 8 intercooler this is the list of what i need. (and what i want)

walbro 255 lph pump
zietronix zt-2 w/ lcd, w/egt
440 cc injectors
rrm crank pulley
stock evo 8 licp (going to get it fabbed)
uicp (fabbed)
*should i upgrade the bov?.. what does this kit come with for bov*
dyno + tune

also i was planning on running at least 6 psi with the kit w/intercooler.. since i'm going to get bigger injectors and a tune how much boost should i be putting out with the t-25?

well to make the evo8 Ic fit, i think you might need to remove your crash bar.... no too sure..
u don't need the 440's for now... Just get the thing pumping out 5 psi, when you decided on more boost get bigger injectors.
are you getting all the oil lines and fittings w/ the used kit?

You will need something to add increased fuel delivery even with 5psi. Either get some 370cc injectors and a tune, or run an FMU and the stock injectors. With 440s you will be running into idle issues since the ECU will not be able to scale back fuel delivery enough to compensate for the rediculously rich condition. 12:1FMU with no major tune, or 370cc with a custom tune....

oil lines and fittings do come with the kit... i have someone set up for the tune already..i was thinking since i'm getting the tune i might as well get bigger injectors.. the kit also comes with the vortech fmu. i talked to my tuner and he says that i'd need to get a piggyback because he won't be able to tune anything with the stock ecu and just the fmu... is that true? he recommended the emanage but would the rrm piggyback work?

RRM piggy will work but it depends on him if he's willing to use that and software to tune. There's also SAFC. Emanage is mad expensive.

now concerning the wideband w/egt... that ish is hella expensive. i could just get away with an A/F & EGT gauge correct? What would the difference between the wideband and getting just gauges.. besides datalogging?

The ecu would be able to perform with correct tuning though right?

Get a wideband cause it'll give you accurate readings. A regular AF gauge are usually narrowband and they just jump around everywhere... U can have both, but the WB will give you accurate number to tune with!

*edit* ordered the e-manage yesterday afternoon and received it this morning!*

just ordered greddy emanage and fuel pump! WOO WOO. talked to my tuner today, i wanted to save a little extra money so I asked him if I needed a wideband. he can accurately tune on his dyno because he has a wideband which is sweet. pics of parts coming in a couple days! anyone in vegas lancers/or evos ever get tuned by this guy? he's with silver state motorsports and tunes for the mitsu shop right next to him also. so far i've been getting great feedback from him and i'll let you guys know how great of a job he does. so you soon to be boosted vegas lancers have a tuner!
