ride update! t-25 turbo kit in the mail!
that's the bov.. there's a hose you can see that's cut off ^. that line leads to the turbo. the bov bolts to the up pipe then there's another flange on the other side of the bov. i have the flange but it's cut off. i called roadrace and they said that there should be a pipe that leads to the bov to the intake pipe... (my intake pipe has a nipple about 1.5-2'') i'm pretty sure i'm going to have to get a pipe fabricated. would there be an easier way? it's no problem i just want this figured out and running by this tuesday and this is the only problem i'm running across. any ideas will help. thanks.
ok well while reading through road-races instructions. just wanted to clarify some things. i think roadrace sent me instructions for the manual which sucks. ok so the bov recirc should be on the pipe closest to the MAS correct?
ok so this first picture is the pipe that leads from the turbo to the throttle body. and to the bottom left is the short ram intake pipe. so wouldn't that radiator hose clamp go on the short ram intake and not on the throttle body pipe?.. if that's the case what goes on the throttle body pipe?
that flange i'm holding should go on to the bov then the hose leads to that flange which then leads to the intake pipe?.. please clarify.

to clarify....
this is the wastegate. that flange bolts up to it and goes to nothing as it vents to atmosphere.
that black plastic thing is the BOV and recircs to that pipe with the port to the left.
that black long ribbed condom looking hose connects the black bov to the port on the elbow.

throttlebody -> first pipe -> turbo -> short ram pipe -> MAS -> filter
the first pipe and the short ram should have the 1.5-2" ports. the black BOV clamps on to the first pipe. then the radiator hose thing clamps to the BOV and then connects to the short ram pipe. the nipple on the BOV should connect to a vacuum port on the intake manifold past the throttlebody.
soooo, what nipple are you talking about? how many do you see on that first pipe?
