^^^That picture makes it look longer than it is. Those are flanges then, probably to make up your own test pipe.

When I get there, I'll figure out what that thing is, doofus.

And there's no "hopefully" - if I need a blowtorch and sledgehammer, we're modding your P.O.S.

PS - Does D-Day stand for "Doug Day"???

I guess that "Drives: like an @$$hole" thing is somewhat accurate nowadays. You get your license back today, don't ya?

PTuning.com

Advice: ask before buying the kit they tell you to get for a 2004+...I don't think you need it if you have a test pipe/HFC/cat

To summarize that (so it makes sense) - on the 04+ Lancers, the catalytic converter is part of the downpipe. PTuning will sell you a 02-03 header/downpipe along with a "make your own test pipe" kit.

What we're doing on kfos01's car is different. He bought the Kamikaze kit, an 02-03 test pipe, and an 02-03 catback. We're going to bolt it all up and pray it fits.

You've never seen anything modified with a blowtorch and some bending? Or welding? You gotta do what you gotta do. Nothing space-age about what would be going on.

I wouldn't call that "space-age" either...maybe stone-age.
