I got my system installed today
EXTRA thanks to Charles, who helped me install it. It took us about 5 hours to do the whole job.

Very nicely set up and sounds awesome. Thanks again to Charles who has helped me install it and actually did 90% of the work

OMG, This morning I already managed to get pulled over for having the system too loud. The cop pulls me over and asks me why I'm pumping my system so loud. I tell him that I was just testing it's limits. He asked me how long I have had it for, and of course I reply "less than 24 hours". He tells me "Ok, just turn it down and ill let u go." So I turn it down, he asks me a couple questions about the system (he is interested in getting one). He looks at my setup and lets me go. After he is out of sight, i turn it up again

Charles, I got pulled over on my way to school @ 6:30am. I was riding around with max bass and high volume. Cop just worried about me waking up the LAZY people that sleep-in in the morning.

Also, Vince, I dont have access to a digital camera and Brian volunteered to take some pix this sunday @ the meet.

I REALLY need to dynamat my trunk or something to stop the rattling. The trunk cover rattles like a b!tch.
Any Suggestions on fixing the problem without the use of REALLY expensive dynamat?

 

yeah, go with cascade or something along those lines. you can buy cascade at www.mmxpress.com, or search for dynamat on ebay to find much cheaper imitations.

by the way, 6:30 am is way too early to be playing loud music. and i'll be up at 4:30 am for work tomorrow, so no, i'm not one of the lazy people. try to keep it down at least until lunch, unless you're on the highway. your neighbors will thank you for being so considerate.

for example, your amp was over 800 smacks at audio warehouse, is under 550 at that site. might want to check it out if you are going all audiobahn speakers.

LoL, I got that deal cuz my bud Charles hooked me up. He has a methods of "dealing" with the salespeople that will make em drop the prices like crazy. I bought my stuff @ Audio-Warehouse here in So. Cali. The guys there are EXTREMELY helpful and they are awesome people. Take this for example, after I bought my system, i didnt realize that the RCAs and the Amp power stuff isnt in the box. I had to go back to buy em from them and they gave me a $99 kit for only $40. Also my credit card declined (prolly cuz my paycheck had a hold on it). So he gave it to me so I can continue the installation and asked me when am I gonna come in and pay for it. Damn, I love these people.

Also MAJOR thanks goes to Charles for helping me put the system in. It took us... count em.... 5 hours to put it in. I really owe u big time bud
