new pedals

Anyone have these pedals? i would like to know a few things about them like how much grip do the pedals actualy have and how does the weave look on the pedals.

I've got that exact set. No grip at all; they're just for looks... although you can put sticky-grips in those little indents that you see in the pedals. They're real thin, and I haven't put 'em on frankly just cuz I'm worried they'll break. But they do look nice, even close up. Good quality carbon fiber.

Yhea, I'm not sure I know where JDMDrew is headed with that comment...

Those pedals don't look like the most useful ones I've ever seen. I don't really like gas pedals that stick out like that either.

Besides, just the thought of mudding up some carbon fiber makes me want to cry. To each his own. I'll keep the rubber ones for now, not that they are very grippy either.

It also looks like those pedals require drilling, do they? that's why I put the ones that I bought in the pile in the garage, where they will remain. I am currently looking for some nice pedals (mt)that do not require drilling, anyone have any suggestions.
